RESOLUTION ADOPTED AT THE MAY 14,2018 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Election of a Life Trustee

WHEREAS, since 2007, Edward Grebow has provided exceptional leadership, counsel and generosity as a member of the Board of Trustees of Educational Broadcasting Corporation and thereafter as a member of the Board of Trustees of
WNET; and during his tenure has shown great commitment to public media; and

WHEREAS Mr. Grebow has served as the Chairman of the Finance and Spectrum Committees and as a member of the Executive Committees, and has provided outstanding leadership and guidance in each role; and

WHEREAS, throughout his service, Mr. Grebow has greatly strengthened WNET’s ability to serve the public through his support of theTrustee Annual Fund and Gala;

BE IT RESOLVED, that in recognition of his dedication to advancing the mission of public media, the Board of Trustees designates Edward Grebow as Life Trustee as of May 14,2018.
